For sixteen years I walked alongside children, young people and families during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Time and again, I met parents who loved their children with all their hearts, yet were carrying wounds that they had never been shown how to heal.
I watched families living in crisis, still not receiving what they desperately needed: hope, and a way forward.
What I didn't know was how much I was going to need that hope and a way forward myself.

I was a single mum, trying to build a better life for my children.
I threw myself into work, so that it wasn't such a struggle financially every month, while the wounds of my own childhood quietly bubbled beneath the surface.
What I didn't know was that the exhaustion, overwhelm and the despair that came every month were pointing towards something that I couldn't yet see.
I had one health warning after another, but I kept pushing myself to carry on until eventually my body said, "Enough." I was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and found myself unable to stay out of bed for more than a couple of hours each day.
One teacher after another began to appear. The guidance was impossible to ignore. My spiritual awakening became the doorway to my healing, and my healing became the doorway to understanding myself.
"Healing begins when we say we're ready, and compassion becomes the golden thread that gently guides us back to ourselves."
That understanding changed everything.
As I learnt from teachers across many different fields, I began to connect the dots. I realised they were all pointing towards the same truth.

Because of the way my own mind works, I needed simple, practical tools that I could remember and use, especially on the days when life felt overwhelming.
Over time, I gathered the practices that made the biggest difference, creating a gentle approach that fits naturally into everyday life.
Those practices helped me stop fighting the parts of myself I'd spent a lifetime pushing away.
Instead, I learnt how to welcome them home with understanding, compassion and love.
And that's the work I now share with others.
Because I know the difference it makes when we stop just getting through each day and begin truly living.
When we reconnect with ourselves, we become more present for our children. We begin to notice the beauty around us, share the joy that already lives within us, and help our children discover it within themselves.
Now, as a grandmother, I understand my life's work more deeply than ever before.
I can't change the past, but we can change what is passed on.
Together, we can give your child the best chance in life, while helping to create a more beautiful world for them to grow into.

You don't have to know exactly where to start. We can find our way forward together..
