Perhaps you've spent much of your life being the one that copes.
Looking after everyone else. Pushing through. Trying to be what other people need you to be.
And somewhere along the line, you have lost touch with what you need, what brings you joy, or even who you are underneath it all.
Sometimes this feels like sadness, exhaustion or disconnection. You may find yourself people pleasing, doubting yourself or repeating patterns you don't really understand.
Perhaps you're far harder on yourself than you would ever be on someone you love.
Or perhaps there's a quiet feeling that there must be more to life than this.
But what if there isn't anything wrong with you?
What if something in you was protecting you?
If something here feels familiar, you're welcome to book a free conversation with me.
We can talk about what's happening for you, what you're hoping to change, and whether working together feels like the right next step.

When an experience becomes too overwhelming, particularly when we're young,
sometimes a part of us can withdraw as a way of protecting us. In shamanic traditions, this is known as soul loss.
And it doesn't necessarily take something that an adult would consider a major trauma.
For a child, it might be losing someone they love. Being frightened. Feeling rejected or unwanted. Growing up around conflict. Moving away from everything familiar. Losing a treasured toy.
Or simply experiencing something that felt too big for their young heart to understand.
Life moves on and we grow up, but that younger part of us may still carry the feelings and beliefs formed at the time.
And sometimes we can spend years pushing those parts away without ever understanding what they're trying to tell us.
Soul retrieval is a shamanic practice of calling those lost parts of ourselves home.
But bringing a lost part home is only the beginning.
Through inner-child work, we begin to build a different relationship with our younger self.
Instead of pushing away the sadness, fear, anger or vulnerability we carry, we begin to listen and understand what we needed then and what we need from ourselves now.
We welcome those younger parts of ourselves with love and compassion and begin to nurture what once had to be pushed away.
But our inner child doesn't only carry our wounds.
They carry parts of us we may have lost touch with too.
Our curiosity. Our creativity. Our playfulness. Our capacity for joy and wonder, and the quiet inner wisdom that can become harder to hear as we learn to adapt to the world around us.
Healing isn't only about tending to what hurt. It's also about rediscovering more of who we are.
You don't need to arrive knowing what needs healing.
This work isn't about endlessly digging through your past or looking for more things that need fixing. We begin with what's happening for you now.
Through soul retrieval, inner-child healing and the practices I've gathered through my own journey, I offer a gentle way to begin meeting yourself differently.
And because healing needs to work in real life, I'll share simple, practical tools you can continue using afterwards.
Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires another hour in your day.
Because healing doesn't need to become another thing to achieve. It can simply become part of your journey.
And when we learn to fall in love with the journey, we begin to fall in love with life.

What changes within you touches your child's world too.
As we become more connected to ourselves, we can become more present with our children. Not simply getting everybody through another day, but sharing more of the wonder and enchantment of life alongside them.
Our children don't need us to be perfect.
But when we learn to meet ourselves with greater compassion, we can show them another way too.
Because when we begin to change what we pass on, we can help our children grow with greater resilience, confidence, connection and joy.
